I worked directly with Leadership and the Executive Team to design and develop new digital product experiences and digital product improvements, and provided guidance to other designers on work delivery and tools. I contributed directly to the hiring process and building the design team, I strategized a research process for our agile environment, and I adapted my knowledge and skillsets during the company’s business model shift into the financial services space.
I worked on complex issues where analysis of situations and data required an in-depth evaluation of variable factors that made up our internal CMS platform that powered our content.
Independently solved unique and complex problems with broad impact on the business; I worked closely with Brand Team leadership to align the groups and find opportunities for partnership to maintain cohesion throughout the Visual experience.
I directly impacted the visual direction for our native mobile app; I co-owned the user experience parity from the web to the native app. I frequently improved the ux of existing features based on industry standards for small devices.

I improved our accessibility standards directly in the design system, but also developed a comprehensive guideline for testing the quality of accessibility outputs for new features in both UX and UI.
